Suzanne Wells of Cottonwood, Arizona, recently achieved her Gold Life Master. Suzanne graduated Summa Cum Laude from Woodbury University with a degree in Accounting. She achieved CPA status in 1976 and worked for KPMG accounting firm before opening her own CPA practice in the Los Angeles. She played rubber bridge while in college, graduating to duplicate bridge while on a cruise in 1980. Suzanne has studied bridge with numerous professionals. Her mentors include: Helen Cale, Sid Levy, Kerri Shuman Sanborn, Mike Shuman, Rhoda Walsh, Mike Passel, Jerry Gaer, Mark Lair, Dave Priest and Marsha Masterson. Among her bridge accomplishments are winner of two regional events in California. Suzanne achieved her Sliver Life Master in 2006. Suzanne lives with her mother, Dolores Sweet, who is quite a bridge player herself.
