REGINA KRAMER OF SEDONA

Regina Kramer of Sedona earned her Life Master this past March. Regina was born in Ohio but spent the majority of her life in Phoenix, California and later, Colorado. She retired back to Arizona when she fell in love with Sedona in 2000.

Regina has many and varied interests. She attended college for two years before she married. She became the mother of nine children. She now has 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Despite this full time job of raising nine children, Regina also had a career as a computer professional working for Honeywell. She worked in the area of customer support for software. With the encouragement of Honeywell, Regina earned her college degree in Management in 1982 after raising her children. She was proud at 54 to earn her college diploma. Regina’s husband passed away two years ago. Regina is now retired as a computer consultant.

Regina’s other favorite interest (besides her family and duplicate bridge) is the Catholic church. Regina is a member of St. John Vianney parish and attends mass on a daily basis. She is Secretary of the Women’s guild and very active in the Parish Council.

Regina learned to play cards from her parents as card playing was a family tradition. She played some bridge in college, but basically, she has learned the game on her own by reading books and studying the game. She also taught her children how to play bridge. Once, while recuperating from surgery, she set up two tables at home and had bridge lessons and games with her children.

Regina earned her first Gold points playing with Pat Gill of Sedona. Eugene Snyder and Larry Green of Sedona, also have been instrumental in helping Regina achieve her goal of Life Master.

Let’s congratulate Regina on her Accomplishments.
